T & S Heating

Great work and advice. Extremely fast response to initial enquiries, including quotations, and then booking. Very friendly and professional engineer. Every step explained. They installed a smart thermostat with us, performed tests as well as troubleshooting. Amazing service, we could not be happier.

I engaged T&S Heating to carry out work at an elderly relative's house that involved removal of a coal burning stove and installation of electric radiators. My relative suffers from dementia and was hostile to the changes and intrusion. The on site team were sympathetic and understanding of his condition and carried out the work professionally and efficiently and left the property clean and tidy. Once they had left my relative was very appreciative of his new heating system.
I throughly recommend T&S Heating for their professionalism and understanding of the situation as well as the excellent service and work carried out.

The engineer didn't turn up on the day they were supposed to and nobody from the company had the decency to call me and let me know. The following day an engineer turned up on time and got the hot water working again however noticed a leak from a sensor that he said will need replacing and will send a quote over the same day. After a week of waiting I had to contact T&S to chase the quote which I then received shortly after however the prices are extortionate and will be going elsewhere for the repairs

We had a full bathroom refurbishment with T&S and thoroughly pleased with the job. All aspects of the work were completed professionally and to a very high standard. Would certainly recommend and be using again in the future!

Awful quality of work and Customer Service.
I first contacted T&S Heating 9 months ago having moved into a property where some of the radiators weren't working. From that point I have had 6 or 7 surveyors visit the property, 6 different engineers and been charged for items that did not solve the problem. I have water damaged ceilings, stains on carpets and a heating system that still does not work. In total I have been charged around £2,000 for work that has no benefit.
The company is slow (at best) to respond to issues raised and has recently decided not to respond to me at all.
I am now taking the company to court and will be seeking a refund of the amounts paid so far and compensation to the damage caused to my property.
Be careful when choosing T&S Heating because the standard of work and customer service is very poor!

Honestly, do NOT use....
They've destroyed my Minton floor by drilling holes wayyyy too big in for the pipework, and they even left an uncapped gas main in the cellar, which could have blown up the entire neighbourhood!
Avoid!!

Had a radiator valve leak upstairs. Out of hours engineer came at 10pm. Secured the valve for the night. Returned at 845am the next morning as promised and fitted the new parts.
The excellent engineer Mitchell was 5 star and based on this occasion would recommend T&S.

This review is for Harry in customer service. I had a boiler fitted through T and S three years ago. The service has been OK at best and it has been hard to get through at times.

I spoke to Harry last night, he was very helpful. He called me back first thing to resolve the issue, which he did. If every member of your staff were as efficient as he was in this instance your business would get far more 5 star reviews. He deserves a pat on the back.
