Apart of an excellent service, kind and professional in every sense, he responded to an emergency situation, going out of his way, and managed what others couldn’t get done in years. I’ve always found finding a good tradesman an absolute minefield and have had some bad experiences in the past. The usual head-scratching ‘can’t believe someone put it in like that’, ‘oh, that’s not going to be cheap’, ends up having problems immediately kind of thing. HP Plumbing Heating & Gas were the complete opposite. Great experience from start to finish. Jay turned up to quote when he said he would, gave genuine advice on cost and a very competitive price for the work. Gave me a heads up about possible issues and what we’d need to do if they arose. Even picked the radiators up on the way to the job to help me out. When there was an issue with pressure and the water tank they came back as soon as they could to fix it and went the extra mile to make sure it was all working the way it should be before they left. Top guys, transparent, great communication, well priced and clearly take a lot of pride in helping people out. Highly trusted and recommended. Will 100% be my go-to trusted tradesman in future!

Fantastic standard of work especially as it was a 12 hour Sunday shift to ensure we could open for the public tomorrow. They fitted a new boiler and installed radiators and Hive thermostat.. Jay and Shaf were amazing, professional, tidy. Responsive to our call and kept us informed throughout. We can’t say enough about these guys, if you need Plumbing or Heating call them.. you won’t be disappointed!

After my central heating system stopped working, I was keen to use a local Gas Engineer if possible and contacted HP because of their excellent reviews. I have not been disappointed!
