Allstar Systems installed a new replacement gas boiler for me a couple of years ago in my new home in Norwich and they have completed the annual service on it twice since then. All is going well, and I am very pleased to have a new (and much more efficient) Worcester Bosch condensing combo boiler installed, especially since the recent drastic increase in the cost of my gas by over 90 percent in April 2022!

Great 24/7 emergency service. Called on Sunday as we had no water, they were prompt, knowledgeable friendly and clear on pricing. They sorted the issue quickly too. Would highly recommended and will use them again

Will and the team changed out our complete heating system from an older less efficient oil boiler and water tank system for an energy efficient Bosch combo oil boiler, whilst removing our loft installed water tanks. All completed over two long days and we now have an energy saving pressurised system. We had a full flush before commissioning. An excellent all round system and a perfect installation. I will be back in touch to get both bathrooms updated next year, 2023. Cheers Allstar heating and plumbing.

William and the team installed a new boiler a few years ago now which was a great experience. The aftercare has been second to none, fitting me in a follow up service to fit round work and at short notice. 10/10 service and would recommend!

I’m so impressed by this company. My boiler broke on a Sunday, and by Tuesday Will and his team had installed a new boiler. They were everything you ever want from such a company; professional, knowledgeable, very prompt in all communication, excellent workmanship, everything tidied up after them etc. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was not left in minus temperatures for a minute longer than necessary.
I will absolutely be going back to them for servicing and any future heating issues.

Called Allstar Systems for an emergency call out to check the boiler and oven, after our carbon monoxide alarm went off. Will was upfront with the cost, came as quickly as he was able to, and kept in touch with us when he was running behind schedule. He was incredibly knowledgeable about our boiler and did a thorough check for any carbon monoxide. Would recommend to anyone who requires help with their boiler/heating systems.

I have been using All Star systems for several years. As a Which? Member, I found them using the Which? Trusted Trader system, and I am very glad I did. Will and his team are excellent. Over the years, they have upgraded our old gravity based heating system to a pressurised system, installed new pumps, and serviced our two boilers (one in the annexe) annually. They are professional and courteous and I highly recommend them.

My oldish combi boiler broke during the recent cold spell. Will attended out-of-hours on the day that I called him. He swiftly diagnosed the problem and discussed in detail the options of an attempted repair or a new boiler. I was given ample time and information to make my decision. I chose the latter and it was installed and working within a week. Will is courteous, respectful, responsive and knowledgeable. The work was completed to a very high standard and my house was left clean and tidy. I am very happy to highly recommend Allstar Systems.
