What an excellent team. They've serviced my boiler & solar panel hot water system. They also came out at very short notice to solve an issue that occurred when I was having my kitchen fitted. They repositioned a condensate pipe, capping off the old one, so that the base units didn't have to be altered. They also capped off the old quick connection gas cooker fitting, again so the base unit didn't need to be altered. I can't thank them , or praise them enough. Great, friendly, reliable, professional, & speedy service.

Came out within 90minutes and fixed our issue without problem.
Plumber (Danny) was fast, polite, and professional. Quite Reasonable price considering the urgency of our issue

NS Plumbing successfully repaired my downstairs toilet. However, my kitchen mixer tap needed its washers replacing. I was told these would need to be ordered. I've heard nothing from them for four weeks. Emailed their general enquiry address and still no response.

One of your vans travelling down Hawton Lane Newark at 0730 on the 28/07/20 really needs to represent your company better. He was absolutely rocketing down a 30mph road. Please have a word with this driver! I'll be looking out for your vehicles in future and registrations will be passed to Police.

Absolute cowboy company, installed our shower in new build. Leaked into our study.
Insurance claimed faulty install. We paid a £1000 for a new shower tray and instal and these cowboys installed again saying they would rectify it.

Same issue again and now shower can’t be used.

Had professional company round who said they installed wrong again. Had nothing but messages ignored and Covid blamed for lack of response.

Funnily now out of Covid and the warranty has passed…

Wouldn’t touch this company at all.

Happy to provide msgs that show they were all full of promises too , from John their lead man at the time.

When I contacted the owner he was rude and disrespectful.

Ironically same issues have happened on loads of houses on the estate all installed by Nigel Smith plumbing…

Absolute cowboys

I've now been using this firm for all my plumbing needs for the best part of a decade. They've replaced my cylinder, my kitchen tap, my toilet waste pipe, my toilet inlet pipe, my toilet siphon, my loft ball valve and my bathroom tap washers. In every case they've done good work at a modest price. On the two occasions where a slow, tiny leak meant that a job needed revisiting, they dealt with the issue apologetically and quickly. Their workmen have been friendly and polite, invariably turning up on time and trying to make as little mess as possible. After years of dealing with a succession of self-employed plumbers who rarely even answered their phones, I count myself extremely lucky to have discovered a company that I'm sure I can rely on.

No complaints have always done a good job whenever we have used them. And will be using them again in the future

Totally rubbish company, unprofessional service provider. Wrong piping installation makes wastage flowing back to the dishwasher.
