We had a new boiler installed and Heatforce provided a First class service, half the cost of a large competitor and 10 year guarantee instead of 5 others offer.
We had an issue with water pressure which Heatforce solved in half an hour, their competitor wanted to replace the sealed cylinder at a cost of over £2,000.
All of the operatives were very competent, friendly , housetrained and turned up when they said they would.

New Combi boiler fitted, which required a major relocation from the original boiler position. Header tank & hot water cylinder removal & major pipe work required.
Work carried out with minimum disruption. Fitter was excellent and kept all work areas neat & tidy. He also kept us informed of when we would be without water and gas.
I would not hesitate to recommend Heatforce for installation work based on our recent experience.

Really good service installing my new boiler, the guys were efficient and friendly and helpful. Price was comparable to other boiler installers. I did have to follow up with them myself to subscribe to their boiler servicing service. And I've also lost power to my shower which I suspect is related to the new boiler but when i called they said I need a new shower, they could be right but I'm unsure.

A very competative price for a new boiler but they had not completed the job properly as the condensation pipe went straight onto my drive. This was only rectified when Worcester/Borsch identified the problem. I also had the boiler serviced which again had not been completed correctly. My floorboards had been soaked due to a leak as they had not used the appropriate tool to tighten the equipment, there answer was they will dry! Totally unprofessional, not interested whatsoever, I had to ring several times chasing this problem. Heatforce did not seem interested where as Worcester/Borsch were amazing, out each time within 24hrs; many thanks to their amazing service.

Great company! Really friendly, professional and quick service from the phone agents, initial engineer visit and installation guys. I had an old heating system that needed replacing and the whole job was done start to finish in less than 2 weeks. Everything was explained in detail, all the old components taken away and a very tidy installation of the new system.
Would highly recommend these guys, they're also competitively priced.

It was a pleasure to have work done by this company. Nothing to much for them. I had a New boiler and radiators installed and the whole work completed in a day with a crew of 3 . Polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend them excellent service best choice l have made.

We were booked in to have a new boiler fitted after Xmas but our old back boiler decided to break down just as the weather dropped to freezing. We were unable to get the boiler repaired so Michelle arranged for the job to be brought forward. I must admit I was dreading it. I expected a mess as the house is old . However you would not have known we had work done. The Fitters arrived on time, Dean and Mason were professional and very pleasant to deal with. They kept the areas they worked in spotlessly clean and left everything in immaculate condition. Nothing was left for us to dispose of. From the initial survey by Andy to the end of the job which was done in less than 2 days we had the best service and a lot cheaper than the major Gas company for the same product. I cannot praise this company enough. If I could they would get 10 stars .
