Shane is AMAZING. Sorted my boiler. Came back several times and was always so calm and Professional. Such a nice person. Turned when he said he would and came out promptly as an emergency on a Saturday morning. Very reasonable charging and nothing is too much trouble. His Dad , Danny is a treasure of a plumber too. What more can anyone need?

Rang and requested a service for my boiler, promised to call back & didn't, this being Wales, waited a week, before chasing. Sent a follow up text, giving the option to say if he was too busy, I'd look for someone else, but nothing, just ignored me. Total waste of time & totally unprofessional on his part.

Shane has looked after my boiler since new, can’t fault him. He does a very thorough job when servicing, he is also very knowledgable and always willing to help and explain why he is doing something and how it will benefit the life of the boiler. I cannot recommend him high enough.

Shane has been brilliant. The quality of his work is top-notch. He performed a boiler service for us and found issues that a Worcester engineer didn't even find. He later on came to us on short notice when the pump failed in our boiler. He helped me to fix a leaky oil pipe, which is out of his remit, and fixed the boiler pump. We were without heating and showers for a day and he made special effort to come over in an evening to get this sorted out so, which was very important as we have a large family.
I can't recommend SMB enough.
