Laver Group

Still waiting about for an appointment to have my heating installed since December 2021.

Have rang numerous times to get updates only to be reciprocated with excuses for why they haven’t been able to come out and have just to be told today that they do not have me or my address on system. Very poor communication between the company staff. Not impressed at all.

We had a boiler break down, called Laver, popped over to their office and spoke to Geraint, Whats-Apping my wife who was sending photos, Geraint decided to pop to our shop to look at the issue. The boiler was beyond repair, he made a couple of suggestions to us, we agreed what we needed (Urgently) and arranged a Engineer to come 2 days later to sort us out.
The workers where polite, clean and thorough in their work.

Emergency dealt with fantastically. Thank you also to the girls in the office who were also brilliant.

The first appointment was booked, but Engineer didn't turn up, second appointment was booked, a Service was carried out , the Engineer turned up within the time slot, was very polite, he did his quietly, he tidied his workspace, he said Goodbye and off he went

Requested a quote for Solar thermal. Company sent a boiler surveyor who stated not his area of expertise. Stated he would get correct engineer to attend..not a squeek so far.. that's not good business

I found the engineer to be very friendly, professional, our heating system was checked and maintained thoroughly and efficiently.

Another first class job carried out by Dan,Josh and Nathan.
This is the second time we have had work done by the Laver Group when they fitted solar panels and battery for us 18 months ago.
This time we had another battery fitted,and as usual they arrived on time even in snowy weather which is amazing.
They are always professional,tidy and polite.

Company were tasked by EON to install solar panels at my address. System was clearly not tested before they departed.

Electrician highlighted there could be an issue with the consumer unit/fuse box and indicated a fix that could be applied if it happened. The solar system trips the electric every time it activates. System can’t be used and is currently redundant.

EON advice company is aware of issue and it awaits a call from a supervisor but it has now been nearly 2 weeks since this issue was raised and no word. It appears to be in the too difficult box.

On the day of installation the solar panel installer appeared to be in a rush to leave and was sat in the van outside my address long before the electrician had finished his work. Less than impressed and will be speaking with EON reference getting this resolved.

I have had to consult a local electrician who has identified a fix.

The team that came to install our solar panels and battery on behalf of eon, we're friendly polite and helpful. The back office team were again acomodating to our requests as there were a couple of delays not there fault but rearranging around us. We couldn't have hoped for a better experience. Keep up the great work guys 😎
