Ross came out to do a routine inspection on my boiler and I have to say that he was friendly, professional and really helpful. Each time I've dealt with Xgas they have been brilliant. Even when I had to cancel my appointment at the last minute they were really great on the phone. Thank you very much

I have very pleased with the work done by Xgas. I received a quote really quickly and was given good advice on which boiler to choose.
On the installation day, the workers turned up on time and started work straight away. They did a brilliant job of removing my back boiler which is a lot of work and completed a replacement job in only 2 days. I was very impressed with the standard of work and they left my house spotless. I was guided very well through the new boiler settings and they made sure I was happy with everything.
Everyone I have spoken to at Xgas has been very friendly.
Overall, I'm very happy with my new boiler. Xgas is a highly professional, reliable company and I shall be recommending.

Having used XGas for 15years when I it was time to replace my heating system I didn’t even get a quotation from any other company as I knew how reliable, efficient and excellent value for money XGas are. Their engineers (Hilton and his colleague) as all XGas employees that have visited my home over the years were very professional and leave your property in a clean and tidy condition. I would not hesitate (and have) to recommend this company for their excellent customer service.

Called Xgas to come and look at my heating, which hasn't been working for a few years. Very pleasant on the phone, the man who came round was very friendly and helpful, explained that the boiler was beyond repair and he switched the gas off. I told him that I would probably get a whole new heating system next year then when I had more money, and thanked him for the advice. A few months later I get a phone call saying that they had probably got my email address wrong as the bill was coming back as unsent, turns out they had my name spelt wrong in my email address. What bill I asked, as the man was at my house for maybe 5 mins and, other than turn the gas off, he didn't do anything. They said engineer costs. Today I received a bill for £90, can't believe it. Everyone I've dealt with at Xgas has been polite and friendly and I was going to use them in the summer for a full system change, but if they charge £90 for basically nothing, God knows how much some actual work would be.

In answer to your reply, I was not given any quote at any time until I received the bill. Had I known it was £90 just to come and look , I would have found somewhere else.

Xgas fitted a new boiler at my elderly mothers house. The heating engineers were quick, polite ,friendly and always on time. Everything was tidied up before they left the house, you wouldn't have known that they had been there. I would definitely use this company again.

Poor, I had a call out to fix a broken boiler , the engineer turned up and condemed boiler because of flue was boxed in . He failed to see that there was a flue inspect port put in 10 years ago by another gas engineer . Over the last 10 years no other gas safety inspectors have had an issue with it. Contacted them to inform them of this issue the receptionist was great , promised a call back from the engineer and nothing since!! I have had to pay £75 to have the box removed , by a third party because they did not want to , an utter right mess now. Go the extra mile? No!!
