My elderly mother called Ian, at 9:00 today. As I was away on business, He arrived less an hour later! The fault was quickly identified and the boiler was repaired and serviced with a very modest invoice too! Outstanding service during this very busy time of year! Without a moment’s hesitation, I can highly recommend him for any work needed Thanks for looking after mom :-)

Ian fitted our Condensing boiler years ago. When having some issues with our boiler early last year, he came over at short notice and identified straightaway that our renderer’s mate had knocked the shroud off the outlet. Followed up by doing a full service and checking emissions just for the standard service price.

Very unprofessional. Came around, he agreed to connect our range cooker so we didnt use the free service from john lewis, he disconnected the hot water and gas and an old bathroom and then we were calling him repeatedly because we had a deadline to move in the new house and he was always avoiding us or telling us he didnt have his calendar with him to arrange for the bathroom to be fitted. Eventually he stopped answering our calls alltogether instead of simply being honest and telling us he doesnt have time to do the job.He seemed very nice and polite but he behaved in a really unprofessional manner.
