Always use this company for any plumbing & heating spares we require and they are all very professional and generally nice people. Excellent service, a huge wide range of new parts and the knowledge of offering us as many alternatives as possible. If they haven't got the part they understand the importance of getting the part in as soon as possible so that we can get the clients heating/hot water up and running straight away.

These guys really know their stuff, great service and great prices.

Rang up, needed a new fan for my boiler, manager apologised for not having one in stock, but promised one next day. Went to collect and when asked what boiler it was for the manager went to great pains to ensure that it was the correct one for my boiler. Impressed with the quality of service and knowledge of the staff. Price was competitive too, first time I've used PHC, won't be the last, very impressed, would happily recommend

Really nice to be surprised by customer service these days, guys are friendly, they have an amazing setup for solid fuel appliances, but above all they look after you with their prices. I’m going to use these guys for everything I buy in the plumbing and heating trade.👍👍

We have used phc for a number of years, brilliant customer service and part availability. They always go above and beyond in anyway they can assist us. Ryan brown in particular is always on hand to return your calls and give updates and information when needed.

Absolutely useless customer services counter staff.Placed an order for a part, had to call in repeatedly to chase up.Promised many times a return phone call which never occurred.Will never use again, dont waste your time with this firm.
