Son taken in with appendicitis and got to say the whole hospital and ambulance crew are great. Operating on him overnight. The speed of it was suprising

Attended with my daughter receptionist in urgent care so helpful and friendly. The Doctor was kind and professional fantastic service from start to finish.

Went for myself in the medical ambulatory care and the nurses are fantastic! I had to bring my 5 week old baby with me who incase breastfeeding, I got looked after in a private room like everyone else however when mu observations were done and awaiting results they put me in a cool room (really hot that day) with a comfy chair so I could nurse my baby more comfortably! I was offered water and a sandwich whilst j did so. As a new mum I was anxious to be going to hospital for myself with a newborn but honestly cannot thank the team enough! Thank you

Blackburn Royal Hospital has become like a 2nd home to us.
Because of my lovely lady's health problems we are regular visitors and are on first name terms with a lot of staff.
ALWAYS receive excellent treatment and courteous.

This hospital is amazing. My husband is very poorly at the moment and I couldn't ask for him to be in a better place.

Excellent service by the cardiology department, seen on time by a very professional cardiology nurse who explained my husband's diagnosis and treatment following his previous admission to hospital. Gave help and guidance for future care. We cannot thank enough the service NHS provides.

I can't fault this hospital and I've spent an awful lot of weeks there over the last three years and even if I'm not in the hospital i will probably have an appointment there superb staff even the meals are edible
