Teachers are well cooperative. They are becoming stronger steadily but surely. Would like to see to bring in some more tough rules for pupils on their daily activities including uniforms/styles/using smart phones. A good place to learn disciplines.

To be honest, as a student, this is a very good school, apart from a few minor things, such as discipline to bullying other pupils, as i have seen some people just getting away with it right in front of the teachers asif the teachers were scared to do anything, but on the wholesome side its a genuinely good school unlike Montgomery or those others

Some of the teachers seem reasonable enough, others (and you know who you are) shouldn't even be here, they only want to be teachers to have power over students and get away with shouting at people.

Best school in the area but still absolute garbage. Teachers are practically useless most of the time in solving any of students problems.

Maybe if they stanned LOONA they'd actually be useful.

At lunch it takes too long just to get your food, some of the teachers are nice while others are not helpful. Most of the p.e teachers are amazing but some are just disappointing and the reception are most of the time not helpful, only if you lost a bag or something. Break time/ lunchtime staff outside are just not well enough and never help you about anything other than where the classrooms are. Overall i’d say Baines are beating them by just a bit, very disappointing but Hodgson are still amazing.

This school has a very good academic reputation but when it comes to protecting the mental health and wellbeing of their students, the Board of Governors and the Senior Leadership Team need to learn some serious lessons from recent incidents of bullying within their grounds. Of course there is a strict bullying policy in place, however it is a paper exercise only and they do nothing in practice to assist vulnerable students against bullies within their school.

Clearly no amount of phonecalls, emails & even a visit to complain regarding Students cycling on the pavement on their way to school on Breck Rd.
I have even asked myself, I have asked one student, trying to explain that adults, young children, pushchairs are on the foorpath.
To a reply I couldn't believe?. " I don't know what to do on the road?".
In which case, they shouldn't be riding a bike.
Shall we just wait fora young child, adult, myself to be cycled into?.
Before this nuisance daily event stops?.
