Nice school. I only go here because the church I attend meets here on a Sunday. It's a very well equipped school with great facilities. Cannot comment on the teaching, however.

I like the school a bit. great building. Most teachers are friendly and help when you ask for it they try and get you to do things that you have never done or something that you wouldn't normally do. People get bullied. SUBSCRIBE to GAME MIXUPS & GAME MIXUPS 2

Excellent school!
I have 3 children at NLS all of which are thoroughly enjoying school life there.
Transition from primary school was thoughtful and very supportive.
Teachers have always been enthusiastic, fair, helpful and caring towards the children’s individual needs. My children have formed extremely good relationships with all of their teachers and have been encouraged and supported in all of their subjects.
I have had lots of communication over the years with teachers who are always quick to ensure my children are doing their best.
One of my sons has extra needs and NLS have been wonderful in providing all he requires, including fantastic teaching assistants!
We are now experiencing GCSEs. The school has been very mindful of the students stress levels during this period and the teachers are all offering lots of extra time and support.
My children are very focused on continuing their time at NLS and plan to join the sixth form.
I would highly recommend this school and I know my children would definitely join me in doing so!

As a parent I have found North Leamington to be an excellent school. The buildings and facilities are first class, but it is the pastoral care that has stood out for me. The staff act in the best interests of my children rather than to boost school statistics, and are very quick to respond to any queries I have. I recommend any local families to look at this school.

NLS has been an amazing secondary school for my children. They have been fully supported, nurtured and mentored throughout this time to help them achieve their very best. All of the teaching staff have been prepared to work closely with me to ensure my boys reach their goals and have gone 'above and beyond' their teaching roles to fully support them in all areas. The boys have been given every opportunity to achieve and I could not have asked for more from this wonderful school.Thank you!

As this newly built school was on our doorstep we were keen to go to their open day. We were blown away with so many aspects; the caring and very professional staff including the incredible Teaching Assistants, the high standards and aspirations the school have for it’s pupils and the school itself is more like a modern university campus than a secondary school. When my son passed the 11 plus (he wanted to take it as he loves a challenge), it was tricky to choose a school as the grammar schools were a bus ride away. NLS was definitely the right decision. My son loves going to school every morning and when he is happy I am happy. He has thrived academically and socially and NLS has exceeded our expectations on every level. The teachers and staff at NLS have a deep knowledge of each child, they recognise each child's unique strengths, and they take a genuine interest in each student's growth and wellbeing.

This is a brilliant school, especially if your child has additional needs.
I have a child in year 7 and 8 and have found the school to be of a very high standard, with caring staff and an excellent senior leadership team.
Having read some of the other reviews posted by children in this modern age of technology, it's quite sad that anyone can post whatever they like these days. One would hope that a parent/ carer would actually take time to visit a school before making such a big decision, rather than relying solely on reviews. My catchment school was Myton but I did not feel it could offer my daughter the support she needed. All schools have their own pros and cons but I can honestly say NL school was the best decision we made for our daughters education.
The SEN department led by the Senco and her team are outstanding, and genuinely caring.
I cannot praise them enough. Every child matters, not just the high achievers, everyone is encouraged regardless of academic abilities. Everyone is given the opportunity to flourish.
Highly recommended a tour with students, who will always answer questions frankly!!.
Very happy year 7 & 8 parent.
