Beautiful scenery, a nice easy walk for children and dogs. But please be mindful of nature and take your rubbish with you.

Well worth the visit if you can find it! 😁. It's only small but you can go for walks in the area. You can only park on the road just before the fly over (M4 fly over). Then walk up the path to the reservoir.

Came to Brombil today, and it was so sad to see so much deforestation! This has destroyed the beauty of this reservoir. The first picture was taken in 2020. Such a nice walk otherwise, lovely woodland walk. Quite boggy so walking boots are a must!

A beautiful place to visit and go for a walk or exploring, there are multiple paths to take on the trail to get to the top! However I was very disappointed by how much rubbish was left on the trails, beer cans, energy drinks and plastic all littered around the reservoir. The incline on the trail can be very steep so I would recommend wearing clothes that you don't mind getting a bit dirty and shoes with good grip.

Easy hike up from the road. You do have to cross through the river if you want to get upto the lake bank so I'd take care on especially wet days. Nice views but disappointed with the amount of litter. I know this isn't a landowner issue and not sure litter bins would help. But maybe other visitors could help out taking 1 extra piece of rubbish home.

Brombil Reservoir is a hidden gem 💎 located in Margam. It's a great worthwhile visit at any time of the year as you can see and appreciate the colour changes of both landscape and water. It's a peaceful relaxing walk upto it. Please be respectful to both wildlife and other walkers and bring your rubbish back with you.

Lovely walk, we parked before the bridge as the parking at the top can be limited. This way you get to look at the culvert on the other side of the bridge. It's probably an extra 300yds walk.
