Dylan Thomas' Grave

Worth a visit to a humble grave laying peacefully amongst many others. The church is beautiful surrounded by much older gothic style graves and ancient trees.

Dylan Thomas' grave was clearly signposted from the road, so fairly easy to navigate to the church and grounds themselves. You need to have a good look for the grave as it's not clear where it is located. But Thomas is buried with his wife Caitlin Thomas. This was the first name I spotted and his is on the back of hers on a white cross. Nice pretty church with well kept grounds.

You walk over a small bridge to get to the new part of the grave yard where both Dylan and his wife are buried.

Beautiful simple grave. Well worth a walk around the old graveyard before or after you visit Dylans grave.

You need to know what you are looking for to find it. Cross the bridge to the new cemetery and look for the small white cross among the fancy monuments. A great yet humble poet.

Visited the grave to show respect to Dylan and Caitlin. Raining hard today so glad we went to his writing shed and boat house earlier in the week
