Top day out !!
Walked right along the low tide line from prestatyn to reach the lighthouse
Totally brilliant monument, and stopped for lunch sat on the steps outside the old door........
------
Imagine the sea all around...
A long wait to leave, but what a view to savour.
The walk back was just as wonderful, and would recommend it to all.!!

Went a walk along the beach from presthaven sands, all the kids loved seeing the lighthouse and finding information about it on Google. Well worth a visit.

What a great beach to go to. It is dog friendly and they can have an enjoyable run around. There are dunes to roam and a wonderful lighthouse that you can get up close to when the tide is out. If you enjoy time at the beach this is certainly a good one.

Absolutely love Talacre beach and the lighthouse.
The lighthouse has been painted, which makes it look so much better.

This is now a disused Lighthouse but if in the area well worth a visit. Since the tide goes out quite a way you are able to walk up to it and walk around to take photographs.

Lovely landmark. When the ocean retreats you can walk on the steps but you might have to wait a bit for the water to actually retreat.
