Really nice walk, perfect for dog walking. Extremely limited parking so get there early to avoid parking issues.

Parking is expensive I thought, we had an excellent walk though with plenty to see. The bridge is brilliant and the track is well made, we will definitely go again but maybe park in the free carpark that we found and do our walk from there.

As people visiting, this was a very confusing drive, we thought we were headed for a car park to view some caves, upon arrival we realised we had to park rouge on the very narrow single lane (which was fine) we walked down a hill and the caves were on our left! It was raining so much I almost missed them as I had my hood up there wasn't any signage so very easy to miss - unless we approached from the wrong angle! Great to see though.

Interesting, was it ever used by him, we'll never know. Had taken hole in the rocks as a route to bridge.

The carpark is only reachable via a winding single track road, but that's pretty standard for the area.

Lovely walk, some areas are steep so sensible footwear are in order.

My kids were overjoyed to see a bat in the caves.

Make sure you look out for the ruins of an old limekiln.

Finding the right road was awkward. But worth the shirt walk was muddy rocks underfoot slippery make sure you have good boots it states no camping or wild camping be mindful of horse riders and the narrow roads. Thankyou to our new coat from go outdoors when it rained we were dry.make sure any litter you take it with you.

Caves are small, but In a wonderful location. There were no signs explaining anything, so we made our own history. These caves are where a young king Arthur spent his formative years. If you look closely, you can see his original round table plans laid out in stone

Fantastic walking in Wye Valley. Saw sign for King Arthur's cave and had to investigate. Steady climb up from the river and not so easy to find, but was great place to stop for picnic and to explore. 3 sets of caves along the woodland walk and each bigger and more impressive than the next.
