Excellent for teaching your children and yourself about the Romans. Fascinating villa remains too, and very educational. Great for kids! 5 stars.

A tiny little Roman villa. There's not a huge amount there and it's mostly aimed at school children. Nice if you're in the area but not worth travelling a long way for.

I had the pleasure to visit Crofton Roman villa today. Kudos to the volunteers who are keeping this little treasure alive. If you are in the area pop in to have a chat and to know a bit more about our ancestors.

Was not impressed. Felt that the staff were not nice to the ethic ethnic minority children and some were rude to the children. Wouldn't go there again.

Very interesting and the only Roman villa in greater London open to the public.

We went to the villa from Tunbridge Wells (less than 30’ train ride), it’s just opposite the Orpington Station so you don’t need a car to reach it.
I think it’s more or less the same time from London, so anyone interested in roman times should visit it.
We were hosted by a woman and a man, they explained the villa to us and answered our questions, and they even gave us advice about another roman villa nearby, Lullingstone.
Thank you from the catalans!

This place is always shut. Even if it says "open" it will be shut when you get there.
