Warhammer

Non-existent customer service. Three visits and nobody was bothered to take my money at the till. It seems that playing games with their mates is more important than seeling items and helping customers. I am "almost" feeling bad that I tried to disturb them... I prefer to travel all the way to London and buy items there.

Friendly staff and even the customers are willing to help and give advice. Marcus was really good and always there to help with any questions. My wife and I are new to Warhammer and were made to feel welcome despite our complete lack of knowledge 😊

The best GW I've ever been in. Marcus is incredibly giving, as a store manager, and always takes the time to understand what you want from the hobby. More than this, he admits where he lacks knowledge and, instead, advises where else I can find further information. This is one of the highest forms of customer service that is rare to get elsewhere. Many other GWs I've been in previously will try and bumble their way through giving an answer to the point of lying, just to appear knowledgeable. It's obvious and makes me lose trust in the service.

Small shop, helpful staff. Nice to have a look at the models in person and a handy online portal in the shop. I've knocked a star off due to NOT being bowled over by the usual Games Workshop odour, but that may be due to the time of day.

Prices are high and you will find the stuff cheaper if you look around.

If I could, I would sell my soul for infinite warhammer miniatures.

Ross the manger of the store is an absolute legend who is willing to help anyone with anything about warhammer, soild guy.

Seeing the displays in the window every now and then is awesome and gives me the inspiration needed to enjoy the hobby even more!

Very friendly and welcoming store and manager. We ended up staying for a couple of hours in the end as we built a miniature of the month each and Ross walked us through a 40k game and the associated rules. I picked up all the paints we were after to finish some of our models and my son bought a box of gretchin to build at home.

Never really open for the hours website displays. Turn up and it's different opening hours on the door. Easier to get models from 3rd party retailers in Letchworth.
