Carolyn and John are great host and care about their guests. I really felt at home at Woodgate Farm. The room was nice, clean, worm, comfortable and cosy and breakfast was very good. The wifi was working well. I really enjoyed stay there.

Beautifully situated for walkers on the Sussex Border Path and within half a mile of an excellent pub, this was a brilliant overnight stop. Warm welcome from John and Carolyn, comfortable room and a good breakfast. Highly recommended!

I booked three nights at Woodgate Farm. During the second day I received bad news about my mum. Carolyn was so kind and caring. I felt comforted by a lovely lady who I'd never met before. Breakfast was freshly cooked each morning by John and their own home baked bread was delicious. My room was spotless and comfortable and I would recommend a stay at this farmhouse with a couple who can't do enough for you.

This is a 'different' B & B, it is run by very caring people who love what they do. You will feel relaxed, looked after, and enjoy a lovely breakfast. The hosts are worldly, in a good way, and they have a beautiful garden. The Willow Tree is rather special, lie on the grass, look up and wonder. I recommend you go !
