Stayed for the weekend in No. 23, this certainly was 5 star. It had everything you could possibly want from a holiday let. The view from the lounge and bedroom window were stunning. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom, new, clean modern. The lady in reception is very helpful. This area is perfect for walking with some excellent pubs / restaurants within driving distance.

I would definitely recommend this place and would visit again.

Absolutely disgusting apartments, not as described on their website. The accommodation is poor, the site is not well maintained and the staff are rude and unhelpful. I complained in person and refused to stay in the accommodation we had booked and paid for directly face to face to the manager Yvonne who was rude, obnoxious and completely unhelpful. I have since complained in writing and she has refused to acknowledge my complaint. The site is a health and safety risk, not fit for the public. My advice to anyone thinking of booking, don't bother you will be bitterly disappointed.

Absolutely love Anglesey & this holiday park is situated in such a beautiful location & well within walking distance of many coves & beaches. It's very clean & tidy. Managed & maintained to a nice high level.

The apartment was a great size and served our family needs perfectly and in a lovely position with great views.Sadly, the cleanliness was less than acceptable. Broken bed, broken drawer just piled up like firewood in bedroom, dirty greasy pans, carpets and skirting boards filthy. More annoying is the fact we lodged a complaint via email and it was never acknowledged, very unprofessional. Think the owner needs to do some spot checks.

Always a fantastic place to base yourself in Anglesey with the facilities always kept clean. Great local beaches and views. We have now been here Camper Vanning, tenting and have also stayed in the onsite Log Cabin (a self catering wooden apartment with all its own facilities) well worth the drive from the East Midlands.

I stayed in No.29 Cadwallader Suite and was pleasantly surprised. Situated on the top floor it has amazing views. It was clean and comfortable and well appointed.
Unfortunately our stay was spoiled by the pool not being available without any warning. We where stood outside the pool in the lashing rain only to be told that the pool was closed and it should not be taken for granted that we get access to the pool. It clearly stated that you get free access to the pool from 8am to 6pm. The attitude from the staff to my wife and Daughter was disgraceful. My Daughter and family also had their room changed without any warning.
This saddened us as we have been longstanding guests for many years to the cliff apartments and Plas Darien and the main reason we choose this location is the access to the pool for our children/grandchildren.
Unfortunately due to the way this was handled we will be looking elsewhere on the Island.
Very poor customer care

We always go to Plas Darien at Easter but this time it was disappointing. There is now a £30 charge to use the swimming pool. This is for an hour and it is solely for your use. But it used to be included in the holiday cost. Booking it is on-line be aware though that you may not get an access code via email. We could only get a 7.45 to 8.45 slot. We waited until 08.05 and still no access code. When I rang about it I was informed that it was on my email. But it wasn't. The man was quite rude when I said that we had lost 15 mins of pool time. There was no acknowledgement of this but I was told we had left pool door open and this wasn't allowed? Though no mention of it in terms and conditions I checked.
We had a problem with the apartment as there was no hot water and some electrics were not working. It was fixed quite quickly but we had to wait in for the plumber and electrician.
Quite sad that this all affected our stay. We won't be going there again.

Excellent location. Appartment was clean and facilities good. Booking was easy and phone conversations very helpful. Lady in charge( sorry didn't get your name) was excellent and helped make our holiday memorable. Have been before and will certainly return.Good for a family holiday
