We did a quick, last minute overnight stay to visit nearby family. What a gem of a find. We were greeted warmly by the owners on arrival, although there is a key box for convenience on arrival for early or late arrivals. Accommodation was fantastic, high end, well furnished and a really comfy bed! Stunning location with beautiful walks, river and castle views. Conveniently located for Carmarthen or the coast and beaches but all the benefits of peaceful countryside. We'll definitely be back, I regretted only being there for one night and left reluctantly in the morning. I wished we'd had the time to stay for a week. Roll on the summer, we'll be back. Our family recently spent a wonderful weekend at Gerycastell. It's truly amazing place, located in beautiful hamlet right next to Dryslwyn castle. Views from the apartments balcony are stunning! The apartment spacious, spotless and modern. Defo be returning for another long weekend, later this year.
