This place looks great, but we will not be able to visit as our provisionally agreed reservation has been cancelled by the owner.

We were awaiting details to pay a deposit and after a week we got back in touch because we hadn't received anything. We were then told the weekend of our week stay had been booked to someone else, and offered the midweek stay at the same price we had been quoted for 7 days. What?

What a delightful home away from home, set in a lovely garden, with bright and airy rooms. A fabulous setting, where we were able to completely relax and unwind. A rare treat to find such a large and well appointed place to gather all the family.
We’re sure to return.

This is a great space, warm, comfortable has a spa pool, games room. Big kitchen, lounge and great parking area. We really loved it here as it was quiet yet close to shops, pubs and local sightseeing.
Highly recommended for a family, group or anyone wanting a 5 star experience.

Wow what an amazing weekend in this gorgeous house. Would not normally look at staying so near to home, but with all the madness really wanted to get away from it all with our family bubble. Just what we needed. As soon as we walked through the door felt relaxed. Lynda met us at the home and showed us around the home. Thank you for the take out recommendation loved the Indian. Home has two big lounge areas great to have adult and kid space. Fab outdoor space. Games room being renovated will be fabulous when finished. Hot tub perfect way to chill out looking at the stars. Huge home with excellent facilities close to town. Dog loved the holiday with us to. Great huge home at excellent price. Just what the Dr ordered.

Booked in for a stay in October and unfortunately due to the current situation are unable to stay 😢. However I just wanted to leave a review to say what a wonderful overall experience I have had in dealing with the owners of this beautiful place. After having our holiday to Turkey cancelled do to COVID I posted in a fb group looking for a UK option to enjoy a holiday instead. I was contacted by the owners who gave us an unbelievable price for a weeks stay at their stunning property and as a guarantee our booking was covered by their master cancellation agreement. We are gutted we have had to cancel but have already received our full refund a day later. The whole process of booking, making changes and then having to cancel has been so smooth and easy, and all communications with the owners was prompt, friendly and professional. We will definitely be getting back in touch to book for future stays when ever we get back to normality, and I recommend anyone else looking for a holiday in the UK to do the same!

Just back from a fabulous week with a large family group at Dyffryn House in Kidwelly. The house is lovely, very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The hot tub was a massive hit as was the games room and the WiFi. The local area is gorgeous too - loads of ancient castles and fantastic beaches. Highly recommended

Worst mattresses ever, spent 1 night on the floor and then went home early. Upstairs toilet is not screwed to the floor. It takes a lot of turning to get water out of the taps. Location is great on the plus side and lots of space in and outside.

Large well maintained and nicely decorated cottage in delightful Kidwelly. Location great for fabulous beaches and walks. Great place to come and hang out with
friends or family. Great house to socialise in or just stargaze and relax in the hot tub. Lovely owner and housekeeper made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend this for a short stay in a beautiful part of Wales xx
