We’ve just had 5days here and what a beautiful cottage and location. If you want peace, trees, fields and cosy nights, this is the place. The only negative i could possible say is when it’s wet the steps up to the cottage from the road are lethal and could be really dangerous as they’re slate. Hold on to the hand rail. All in all, a lovely chill out to escape the Covid madness!!

Great cottage for a family holiday so long as you are fit enough to climb the winding steps from the road, as that is where the parking is. Not a problem for us - we enjoyed the exercise. Although it looks small with all rooms visible from the front door, it doesn't feel it. The bedrooms are a good size (double upstairs) and the games room very big and light. Great base for the coast, Bala lake, Karting and Betws y coed. Very private location with just the horses and sheep as neighbours, which we liked and a massive garden.
