This place is not advised for people with respiratory problems. Sometimes it feels like there is no breathable air and many times it smells like weed from the ventilating system, due to people who smoke around the building and on the roof of the building.

Very disappointed of this place, many people who leave junk in the lift or on the holway of the building and also many people who complained because there packages are getting stolen.

Looked at for renting, I could hear the person upstairs, no good for a modern flat. Too narrow and furniture is fixed. Might be ok for a few days, but wouldn't live there.

Worst possible building to live in, filled with street rats on drugs.

Also, parking is a massive issue, people take your allocated slot, you park in someone else's slot and get ticket.

Building is good and has nice apartment but sound insulation is not the best. No fresh air as the windows are fixed. Not a lot natural light in the rooms. Modern built, very clean apartments.

Nothing nearby to enjoy, you need to travel atleast 20-30 minutes.

I would have given 0 stars if it was possible! The building looked nice at the very beginning, but it turned out to be a living nightmare! Windows do not open in 99% of the building, because they are just glass, no handles, as it is an old warehouse converted to flats. Legally, they have to have air ventilation to bypass no opening of windows, but the air ventilation has been breaking for months, reaching horrific conditions of extreme humidity and double the outside temperature. Lots of people moved out, I was contacting CEO of Galliard Homes who built the property and they didn't care that people had no air to breathe with. You can smell what others are cooking, and I got Covid while in the flat alone, and almost lost my life at hospital! Then my long Covid got worse because of no clean air in the flat and I am preparing to sue Galliard Homes with a few ex-tenants. Some residents' kids got poorly, too! Also, there have been many instances of domestic abuse and police in the building. Some parts of the building are falling apart, it is dirty and not looked after. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER IT, as you will 100% regret living there. Mark my words, and see other people's real reviews. The only positive reviews are from landlords who want to get new tenants as the building is now half empty!

Appalling shoddily built apartments. Pretence of looking nice, but if you like the experience of hearing other people's televisions, conversations and bodily habits, you are in for a treat. No staff to be seen anywhere. When you do get through they will tell you have no record of you calling unless you can prove it. Do not try washing your clothes unless you have all day ,as dryer only takes half loads. Even then your clothes will be sopping wet. Bins miles away from apartment, which have no windows, so any food needs to be disposed of immediately. Hallways stink of cooking as no ventilation. Air con that cannot regulate. Just avoid.

Atria flat is very well designed but very poor designed when it comes to ventilation. Windows don't open so that's the biggest problem.
