Clean, felt fairly safe, customer service was prompt, we had a very good experience visiting on holiday. Would stay there again!

Please watch out! Don’t make the same mistake to stay here. But if you do, don’t give them your money!! We’ve transferred them 300💷 as deposit from our credit card. Till now we haven’t get the money back! Called them already several times - badly speaking english guys tell me every time to wait more 2-3 days.. The apartments are in bad condition, we had sometimes no heated water, even no water at all. Uff, and for that rubbish they require 300gbp as deposit. Bad moneymaker!

Good room size and quality. Average location. If you plan to explore London particularly consider a ~40 minute commute each direction.

Stayed with my family for a week stay, theyve recently renovated the building and I must say its a stunning apartment. Extremely clean and very friendly housekeeping team. Being from India, the location was perfect with the all high street shops, especially Sarvanna Bhavan and it only took 20 minutes by the new elizabeth line train to oxford street which was amazing

Would suggest Ilford Tower Apartments to anyone looking for accommodation close to shops malls and restaurants for convenience! Staff (Babitha) is very friendly and helpful enjoying my stay @ Ilford Tower Apartments!

They canceled my apartment without any notice and we were standing outside the door at 12 at night with small children. When we called and asked what to do, they said it's our own problem. Never experienced anything like that

Apartment was nice, but communication was horrible. They relocated us to another apartment that was 10 km away from the place we booked. For the same expensive price. We got some small refund, 'couse we complained. Staff was never there, they weren't picking up the phone, we couldn't reach our 2nd day corona tests 'couse of that. At least it was clean and nice, but we lost a lot of money and time for traveling.
