We were very happy with how clean the apartment was and surprised at the amount of space. It was perfect for me and my wife and son. He had plenty of space to run around. The service was absolutely brilliant and shameem is a real credit to the company. I would definitely recommend and when returning to London for a break will definitely rebook. These apartments are very cool to stay but the only thing is cost of accommodation is too high its around £3500. £2500 is affordable for luxury stay

Worst experience of my life !
There was inappropriate business happening in the room next door, dirty apartment, shower was Brocken, oven was broken and I had no sleep due to loud dodgy stuff happening.

New build, I found the apartment very clean. All the facilities, electronics, etc, new. With AC and park in the rear.

The size of the apartment is good, problem is alot of the apartment maintenance is terrible, the towels where wet like they where not dried correctly, floor boards creaking, toilet seat broken, broken mirror and back of wardrobe you could walk through literally as the screws where coming off, wayy too hot in the apartment and the worse part is if you check in after 6pm the lady tells you to wire £300 deposit to them via bank transfer?!?! Like wth that doesnt sound right??? Then she asked who are you coming with? And why are you coming? What are you doing here??? She needs to understand what she is saying and how offensive it can be. Just the whole thing sounds sketchy sorry never staying again. The worst bit is there is no reception 24 hours lol literally you grab documents for a code that opens a box and the key is in there, just sooo ghetto. 😣😣😣

Actually pretty decent apartment and service. Wasn't expecting much when I booked but was met with a comfortable apartment that felt like I was at home. The service was really good as well. Will book again when back. Internet speed is brilliant for a hotel.
