Very nice apartment for an extended stay in London. I was there for 2 weeks and am very satisfied. Proximity of shops, underground and bus stops make it a perfect stay for a trip in London. Also, it is located very close to the St. Paul's Cathedral, Walkie Talkie, Borough Market, Tate Modern etc. I will certainly come back to this place

I rarely give 1 star review, but unfortunately this is the time.

Good position, silent road, pretty decent rooms.
This is undeniable.

Very poor Wi-Fi Connection for being in London City.
Unacceptable in 2018.

The room gets cleaned at 8:30 (+-10) minutes, so, if you are still in the room at this time, you don't get your room cleaned.
Unacceptable in 2018.

No one was at the reception for check-out, i waited there half an hour and i ended-up to leave there the room key.
Attached you find a picture of the empty desk (1918 colorized)

Funny story time:
I left the room key at my office (Okay, my fault)
So i went to the reception asking for a new key, there were someone at that time.

I have been told that i should go back to my office the get the key.
I point him out that it was half past 8pm and the office was closed.

He decided that he could open my room-door with his master key.
Telling me that i could stay there for the night.
Of course i can, the room as been paid exactly for that.

I point him out, again, that without a card, there will not be electric power inside the room.
I have been told that i should stay there without electric power, until i get my key back from the office.
After 10 seconds, i realize that i could put any card inside the power supply.

The apartment is a bit overpriced for what you get and the rooms are smaller than the pictures posted.

Pros:
Good location, walkable from London bridge.

Cons:
There is no view from the windows.
The wifi internet connection provided is pathetic! The speed is very slow and poor coverage in most parts of the room. Unable to make video or audio calls. It is absolutely unbelievable that after paying around 200 pounds they wont even provide proper working internet.
No dishwasher provided.
No one at the reception in this building.
Condiments provided for the toilet is very little, more like a souvenir!

I had to wait for 1+ hour at the door, as the receptionist left at 6pm. The person on the phone told me that they have mailed their policy to me, which is that I had to go and pick the keys from a 30 min cab driving distance. Then, they admitted not sending such a message to me. Eventually they sent the keys from another place. Been staying in hotels throughout my life, first time experiencing such a horrible treatment. Definitely do not recommend.

I booked it for a work week as I was fooled by their pictures. The whole description is a lie. My room was in a dark basement, people walking on the street could enjoy the view how I'm laying on the bed, etc. There is no sofa despite their promise and there is a pillar in the middle of the room leaving less place to move. You can't enjoy fresh air as you can't open the windows.
I asked a new room but they were less helpful despite I saw there are lots of other rooms still to be occupied at the time of my arrival. Terrible experience, false promises

Absolutely amazing!! The room is huge (compared to average room size in London), the bed is super comfortable, there’s a TV with decent enough channels (I think there’s also Netflix but we didn’t even use it) and the kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, an oven/microwave and a cooker. The room I stayed in (18) had a pretty decent view and two large windows. The bathroom is great and the shower has a glass door, which personally makes a lot of diference and it’s really spacious. There’s also a washing and drying machine in the building. I read someone saying that it was noisy, but during my stay I didn’t hear anything. The staff is really helpful and kind. During our 10 days stay they tidied our room twice which was nice.
Besides all this great aspects, the hotel is really well located. It’s in a walking distance from Tower Bridge, Tower of London, Sky Garden, Shakespeare Globe, Millennium Bridge, St. Paul’s Cathedral and Tate Modern. (Really recommend visiting it all.) There’s a supermarket literally on the side of the building and Boots, Pret a Manger and Leon less than 3 minutes away. The subway and rail station is also like two minutes walking (ridiculously close). The apartments are also only a few subway stations away from the touristic icons like the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, Natural History Museum, London Eye... There are also bus stops on the street.
This is hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
Thank you so much for making our stay in London as amazing as it was. Hope to come back soon <3 <3 <3

This review is based on my inability to stay at said location. I had a booking at their Doughty location but was notified the morning of my reservation that I would be moved to their Suffolk property. I arrived late at night to check in and was told that I didn't have a room. I called both of their listed numbers multiple times but no one picked up. I had to look up a nearby hotel and move myself. This lack of service is completely unacceptable. My room was fully paid for and I had a copy of my reservation. There was absolutely no excuse for being turned away.
