Attended a friends wedding here in this historical former Fort and Abbey excellent accommodation , restaurant nearby at the south end of Loch Ness.

(Translated by Google) Great location, sauna, steam room, swimming pool. Club room with snooker table. Really great atmosphere. Nice personel. Had a vacation rental. Unfortunately, the first two nights no heating. Defect at -2° outside temperature. Then the heating worked. After that two nights in one bedroom there was pipe noise from the heating almost all night. As if there was air in the line. Actually...a smooth 5 star recession, except for these problems. Maybe next time.

Defekt bei -2° Aussentemperatur. Dann funktionierte die Heizung. Danach zwei Nächte in dem einen Schlafzimmer fast die ganze Nacht Leitungsgeräusche von der Heizung hat. Wie wenn Luft in der Leitung wäre. Eigentlich ... eine glatte 5 Sterne Rezession, bis auf diese Probleme. Vielleicht das nächste Mal.

Very good self catering hotel, accommodation with a lot of facilities, actually more then one could expect. Spotless rooms. Comfy beds and fantastic location at the bottom of Loch Ness. With absolutely amazing surroundings and views. Highly recommend.
