Stayed here with our family for a weeks holiday in October. The house itself is beautiful, in a fantastic setting, but not really sure how comfortable it would be with more than 7, as the lounge area was very cramped when we were all in! All bathrooms are great, especially the showers, also great to have the utility room. Our group loved having such responsive heating too, as it was fairly chilly and very wet during our stay! During our stay we had great internet connection as the owner has swapped to a new provider ! Only a few negatives - we all felt that the mattresses needed either replacing or some comfy toppers as they all felt a little saggy! Also, as the flooring downstairs is uncarpeted, we would have liked a broom. There are loads of remote controls, but many do not have batteries in them!! If you make a visit to The Old Gatehouse you should visit the Riverside restaurant just 2 minutes along the road, so child friendly and such wonderful food. Also very easy to reach the beach at Aberdovey.

Great place over all. Sleeps 5 families easily. Very well maintained..and has indoor an outdoor pools, suana, jacuzzi and steam room..

Holidayed with 6 adults and 6 children (oldest 9, youngest 6 months). Lovely house, spacious bedrooms and good facilities. A little snug in the living room, but still plenty room for everyone. Views around are amazing, and locally there are a couple of small play areas and a pub serving excellent food!

Great house that can easily accommodate 8 -10 people. Well equiped and a fabulous owner who was helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. Highly recommend.
