This is a lovely place but needs some love and attention to bring it back to life.
- hole in the 2nd bedroom, cold and draft. (I personally don’t think they should be letting in this state, see image, especially as we had a 1 year old with us). -no internet - freezer broken and not communicated which wasted all the food we bought. There are no local shops to replace. - door knobs all fell off - toaster didn’t work - kitchen cabinet hanging off - cracks in radiator covers - toilet runs constantly - really dusty decorations within cleaning reach
The location is great for walks, straight up the fell. It is also bigger than the looks of the advertised photos. All the things listed above can be easily fixed and you would have a 5 star place. Until they fix all the items (and looking at other reviews it’s been like it for a while) we wouldn’t be returning!.
