Wow, what a find! This old stable has been refurbished with style and serious attention to detail. The vibe is classy (clearly lots spent on fittings and first-class fabrics) and cosy, with dogs welcomed downstairs and an amazingly comfy super-king bed. I can’t think of a single thing that wasn’t provided, including a powerful fan, and I was so impressed with the delicious welcome goodies. The reclaimed Victorian spiral staircase was a stunning feature (although it might not suit everybody.) Hester even produced a parasol, table and chairs at a moment’s notice for us to sit in the meadow. Hard to fault. I will be booking again!

Wow! Words cannot describe how wonderful our stay at Church House Stables was. I'd move in tomorrow if I could! We'll certainly be back and will be telling all of our friends. You've created something truly special. The finer touches are exquisite and you made us feel so very welcome Hester. The grounds are beautiful, we loved exploring your private meadow and the spectacular views of Catherington Down. The welcome basket was a lovely touch and the cottage is so cosey.
