The Canal View Villa

It states clearly on booking.com;
1) There is a hot tub. But it wasn’t hot, the water was smelly and we had to complain. Couldn’t use it the first night so we complained to the landlord and a lady came the second day but it still wasn’t hot. Could not use the hot tub at all.
2) Heating didn’t work for the whole of our stay. We even complained the first night, didn’t get fixed.
3) Coffee and tea maker - We tried to use it, the water came out on the cold side.
4) It clearly states check out time was 4pm and that was one of the two main reasons we booked it (other was HOT TUB), but we were told we have to leave at 11am.
5) The oven was filthy, we couldn’t use it. It had fat that hadn’t been cleaned on the bottom, so when we put the oven on it smelt of fat and had smoke from the fat coming out (disgusting).  Couldn’t use the oven. No oven gloves, tea towel, hand towel, hand soap and toiletries etc. provided as advertised on booking.com
6) The bath plug didn’t work in the bath so couldn’t have a bath
7) Mould on the bath too

The worst accommodation we have ever stayed in.

Really nice place to stay with canal view and good location to explore Warwick.
