All and more you could have wished for in a holiday cottage rental, immaculate condition, beautiful furnishings, perfect hosts nothing was a problem to them, the use of their swimming pool and also our own private hot tub, our group consisted of 4 adults and 2 children perfect stay for us all, will be definitely back.

Have just returned from a fabulous weekend with five girlfriends at this stunning location with use of hot tub and swimming pool. Everything was perfect and our hosts were most welcoming. Would definitely return.

Just returned from a relaxing week at this beautiful studio. What a find. Hot tub fantastic. Studio one of the most comfortable places we have ever stayed. We will be recommending this place to all our friends and family. Gordon and Dawn were very welcoming hosts. All the little extras were much appreciated. Nothing too much trouble. We will definatly be booking again.

Wow, what a place to spend a week away with the family. An amazing converted old property with a high quality modern finish but still in keeping with its age. A big thank you to Dawn & Gordon for the most relaxing holiday we have ever had. Will stay here again for sure & recommend this lovely place without question.

What an amazing studio. We spent the week at the luxurious property. The hosts Dawn and Gordon are a example of how to look after their guests. Met upon arrival and given a tour of the property. They left a bottle of wine and breakfast in the room a lovely surprise. The area is well placed for countless walks, trips over the border into Scotland. The studio has high end finishes and luxurious. The spa was amazing so relaxing after walking.

Will definitely go back if we’re wanting to stay in the area and highly recommended
