My family of 4 (2 young kids) just came back from a break at the Old Dairy. The cottages are very new, done at a high spec and spotlessly clean and so well equipped (from games, to books, soaps to all cutlery and cooking gear you may need). They are very nicely decorated and if you go in autumn winter, you will appreciate how warm they are. The cottages are in a great area for exploring (Fishers farm is great for kids, Leith Hill for walking but also close to Petworth house, Arundel castle etc). Plus your hosts are fantastic, super quick to answer any questions, very accommodating and really nice people (our kids loved picking up eggs in the morning and seeing the ponies). Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay. The cottages are great - spacious, super clean and well equipped and furnished. Deepak and Sarah are great hosts. We spent time down at a couple for different beaches, including West Wittering, did some lovely walks and founds one great pubs too! There are some fantastic little vineyards nearby - highly recommend Kinsbrook and Nutbourne for a visit. We look forward to staying at the cottages again very soon!

We spent a week on the farm in one of the cottages. It was the most comfortable stay ever and Sarah and Deepak were fantastic hosts. The cottage is very luxurious and we will definitely be back.

We had a lovely long weekend here! Appreciated the friendly welcome, and immaculate cottage. We spent the weekend with country walks, and a trip to Brighton beach. Highly recommend!

We have just finished our second stay in The Byre at New Hill Farm. It was a wonderful find. Quiet (no noise at night, apart from an owl hooting gently in the distance), beautifully clean, well designed with plenty of space for two, well equipped kitchen and shower room as well as a downstairs cloakroom (a brilliant addition)! A lovely little courtyard garden too, with two Shetland ponies often peeking over the gate.
It is great area and we enjoyed trips to the coast, the South Downs and walks along the Downs Link footpath.
Sarah and Deepak have been so helpful and respond very quickly to messages. We shall doubtless be back again soon.
