Thorpe Park Lodges

Spent two nights here and absolutely enjoyed it. The cottage was great! Big, clean, and nicely decorated. The hot-tub was amazing, functioned well and was warm all the time. It was being maintained every morning by staffs. The environment was also beautiful, not something exceptional but enough for a couple of relaxing days! It was quite clean and bins were emptied regularly by bin men.

My only suggestion is that in contrast to my experience with other similar places, there was not enough toilet paper, kitchen towels, and hand wash in place. For just two nights and with only four people, we had to go for a shop to get enough of this stuff which was a little disappointing. But overall, I do recommend it!!

Myself and my friend have just had a7 night stay here in Belfry Lodge. The lodge had everything we needed and was very clean. The grounds are beautiful. We wanted a relaxing week and wasn't disappointed it was amazing as was the hot tub. The people who owned it were very pleasant. We will definitely be coming back.

Excellent accommodation in a quiet tranquil setting. The lodge was spotless and had everything a large family would want. The fishing lake is a must, even for beginners as there are very large Carp and smaller species to catch. Would I go back again. DEFINITELY.

We went for a short break it was very peaceful the lodge was immaculate and well equipped. Hot tub well maintained and we did have nice weather which helped ! Close to Lincoln which was beautiful. A great experience

Sunset lodge was clean and comfortable, the hot tub was fantastic, somebody checked it everyday, will definitely want to stay here again. The only disappointment for me and it's down I think to who owns the land, was the fishing lake platforms or numbered pegs, although there was plenty for people to fish, it was that they were overgrown with weeds and reeds, some wooden platforms or pegs were impossible to fish off.. We was told that no lodge is assigned to any particularly platform or peg, those who owned lodges right by the fishing lake were claiming that the fishing pegs or platforms outside there lodges were there's. I suppose if I had paid the money it cost to own one I would want a peg or platform exclusively for my lodge. Saying that there was plenty of fish with some decent size fish.

Peaceful and quiet area, apart from dangerously flying golf balls that landed right next to our car, hot tub, and almost everywhere around the cottages. Golf course on the other side of fence which is why we kept finding balls around us every day of our stay. So glad no one was injured.
Apart from golf balls showers the lake and serenity were compensating for the stress of thinking if our car or our girls would be hit by a ball. Caught huge fishes and cottage was nice and spacious. Hot tub was not serviced and a bit dirty. We went to Golden Cross last year and the tub was being tested and cleaned twice a day but here for 7 nights stay not a single visit.
Situation of the cottage was great though as it had a fishing point right in front and the views to the lake were lovely

Great Lodge. Great fishing. Only let down was the cleaning. Bathrooms very good. Bottom of cupboards and wardrobe dirty. Plates and cutlery not very clean (dishwasher). Once washed up by hand. All good. Would recommend.
