I have been going to this cottage for almost 20 years - the farmer owners are like family to me now and have always made me feel so welcome. My dog thinks it's his second home and loves looking over Belper town in the mornings, chilling out on the large sloping grass area outside the cottage. Can't wait to go back in June !

Great location and very quiet apart from the train when the wind blows the wrong way. Owners are the farmers and very pleasant and helpful. Dog friendly but not secure. You can walk into town over a footbridge by the side of the waterworks.

We've had a lovely short break in this charming little cotrage. The location is great, the dog was happy and settled with nice walks close by, eating out in Belper was good with lots of choice. Would definately book it again
