Plas Ceiriog Country Lodge

Lovely place to stay. Would highly recommend and will come back if opportunity arises.

Plas Ceiriog provided the perfect location to host a weekend celebrating my big birthday. The lodge is spacious but cosy, the layout perfect for adults and children alike, with room to spread out or congregate together. The huge dining room allowed me to host my birthday dinner with room for everyone and the kitchen is kitted out to a good standard with many accessories. Much to my guests' delight, all of the bedrooms are spacious, most have king or super king beds, are all fitted out to a high standard and the showers are great!
The location is picture perfect, even in the rain, and the outside decking means you can enjoy the view without getting wet!
The pub at the bottom of the drive (with a Swiss influence) served a delicious meal on our last night and was only a short stumble home!
James and Katy (owners) were super friendly, efficient, answered all my questions and were a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a location to bring family and friends together.

We were a family gathering of 25 with 16 adults and 9 children (all but one of whom was under 5). And we were all absolutely delighted with the property. It exceeded our expectations and, lovely as the photos on the website are, they somehow didn’t do the place justice! The house is beautifully situated and superbly laid out and furnished. Plenty of space for everyone both inside and out. All superbly clean and with lots of thoughtful touches.
Our family is considering another get together in two or three years and everyone was unanimous in wanting to return to Plas Ceiriog.

Just returned from a long weekend at Plas Ceriog as part of a group of 18. A very well put together property ideal for a large group. All areas were very comfortable. There was plenty of kitchen equipment provided and everywhere was immaculately clean. Will definitely return.

This was our second visit for a family weekend and we all loved it again. Hard to see how it could be any better - beautiful setting, really comfortable accommodation with everything we needed and all arrangements straightforward. Hoping to come back again …

Great setup for large groups, every room has an ensuite and they're all good size. Loads of outdoor space for kids and plenty parking
