Vulcan Lodge Cottages

Nice and clean and tidy, everything you need supplied. One word of caution there is a small seasonal caravan site immediately behind the cottages which is not mentioned in the blurb. We went in December so did not bother us.

Lovely clean and modern accomadation, 24 hr shop and petrol station next door, lots of good information about the local area in these cottages to cater for every type of tourist supplied by our very good proprietor. Although we were working in the area Wales in general is a lovely place especially if you like camping or motorbiking. Road network is very good with beautiful towns and countryside. In the words of the great Arnold , I'll be back.

We stayed in Tudor Lodge for 4 nights with our dog. What a fabulous stay. So cosy but roomy with everything you need including a reclining sofa and chair, fully fitted kitchen, extremely large bedroom and wet room.
There is a large fenced garden area with walks along the river and only 6 minutes drive away from the town, with numerous dog friendly pubs. Elan Valley is 30 minutes away and so spectacular. Would certainly recommend and would certainly book again.

We booked the whole lodge for a friends 50th birthday. This place is absolutely amazing for a large group of friends or families. I stayed in Middleton as it is disabled friendly i was so impressed with the space and facilities. We enjoyed it so much we are looking to book again.

Great room sizes, was a real home away from home. Spacious kitchen, living area and all amenities. Would highly recommend this place. Will definitely consider booking again for next Yr.

Great find of this little gem nice and quiet .very spacious and well presented and Sarah is a credit to vulcan lodges with impeccable hospitality. Also bonus of a hot tub .Will definitely be back.
