The rental property is half of the overall house, with the owners living next door. There are separate good sized living & kitchen/dining rooms and 2 bathrooms on ground and first floors. Upstairs are 2 good sized double bedrooms, the front one with a sea view while lying in bed. Downstairs there is a single bedroom accessed directly off the livingroom, while there is a set of bunk beds accessed directly off the kitchen/dining room. Outside the property has quite a bit of outside space, including a raised patio area to the side. Heating is via electric and storage heaters, but was quite effective in keeping the place warm during our visit in November.
