Liked: The Park is extremely well maintained and clean.
Shower Block cleaned everyday and maintained. All the staff were
friendly and helped with any problems.
Also the residential owners were very friendly and chatted with us regularly
making us feel welcome.
We also struggled putting up a new air awning and one resident came over
and used silicone and he put up the awning with my husband otherwise we would
have been there till midnight.

Liked: The actual pitch sizes of most of the full service are quite big but the space for parking your caravan and awning vary immensely. I suggest when booking you add a meter or so to the actual measurement of your caravan.

Disliked: There are 2 showers in the ladies and 4 toilets and a only 2 showers and 2 toilets in the mens. Had to wait to use, so got the disabled key the next day. 1 disabled shower/toilet, which was only cleaned once during our 4 night stay. The cafe was only open at the weekend, food is nice but basic, the cafe area needs a gardener, not looked after at all. The reviews I read stated peaceful, but the M55 is very busy at all times of the day and night and can be heard constantly all around the site. The site is geared to the holiday let's and the caravan site is just there. Many of the caravan pitches are used for seasonal stays. Make sure you take a torch as going to the toilet at night is dangerous, you can't see one foot in front of the other and you need light to miss the rocks as you make your way back to your van. Was looking forward to staying here, as the reviews where quite positive but after revsiting these, they would have been written by people who stayed in the holiday let's.

Liked: We love this place. Came in the summer and it is such a lovely site. We brought my granddaughter for the first time and she enjoyed the walks with dog. Sat and had a drink by the lake, so lucky with the weather too. Will possibly come again next year.

Liked: Spacious site and friendly welcome on arrival. Toilet/shower block clean.
Distance to Blackpool was perfect, we planned a weekend to see the illuminations with our daughter but also had the peace of coming back to the site.

Very welcoming and helpful. Beautiful and secure location with easy access to Blackpool.
However, I was really disappointed that during my 2 night stay, the toilets and facilities were not cleaned at all. Same dirty hair band and tissue sat on the floor and muddy hand prints on the loo our whole stay.
The path could've been better lit to the facilities from the back pitches.
Lovely place but I'm not sure we'd stay somewhere that doesn't clean the facilities at least one per day again.

Great little caravan park. Not far out from Blackpool as a bonus.

It was clean, tidy and even after a torid weather for grass this year it was well tended to and looked great. The staff in reception were friendly and all in all a great little stay

Liked: We can't fault our four night stay . Everything was perfect, the staff were polite, accommodating and helpful. The shower block had very clean showers and toilets . This site was close to everywhere we wanted to go. We are already looking to book again . We have just found our Favourite Blackpool site.

Disliked: Nothing

Went for my birthday weekend with the girls and wow.
Place is beautiful. We stayed on the 8+ person lodge on the water front.
Clean, spacious and even left a comp bottle of prosecco upon arrival.
We're already talking about who's birthday we are booking for to come back with the 10% off I got upon departure.
