Had a great time staying here for a long weekend. The caravan was stylish and up to date. Very clean and tidy with all amenities included.
The park it self was clean and tidy and all the staff were polite and friendly.
We didn't use the swimming pools or entertainment so can't comment on that but the bar was clean and tidy and again the staff very helpful.
Does have everything on site needed for a family though and would return here with my children.

Absolutely wonderful place!
We had the best time here. The staff were friendly, cheerful and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in one of the glamping tents and it was kitted out with everything we needed. We took our dogs and they got a bit hot (didn't anticipate it being so hot) and one of the lovely cleaners went off and found a fan for them. Kids loved the arcade's and most of the fun stuff was 2p machines so you didn't spend a fortune. Food wasn't expensive and there was plenty to do. Clean all round. The only issue was noise in the early hours but that's not the parks fault. Would definitely go back!

Amazing! This site is everything you could want, friendly staff the man at the mini golf on Thursday was lovely! Outdoor and indoor pool, lots of different activities from high ropes to mini golf, food in the restaurant could be better for the price but the waiter staff on Thursday evening he was brilliant such a credit he did not stop cleaning or serving. It has an onside arcade there wasn't too much on here but kept the kids happy. The evening entertainment was the only thing I felt that let it down however we went during the week so this may be why. The caravan we stayed in was OK bit outdated and small but again served the purpose. Would definitely come back here again!

Great holiday park for the kids. We used it as a base to go into Bournemouth. Lodge was nice although the rooms were a little small. Kitchen and living space were great. Will definitely come again to explore near the area.

Kids entertainment was good but was hoping for a little variety, kids still had a great time. It would have been good if there more dining options.

Had great fun on the mini golf!

Initial thoughts on entering it looked like a nice place. We where in a camper van no directions to pitch had to try and find it ourselves in the end had to ask a lady who then directed us , pitch was nice but had no water tap ? Food is so expensive we ate out of the camp everyday. Pot luck with the showers most days freezing cold if it was cold in the morning you might be lucky to get a hot shower in the evening but don't bank on it. They seriously need updating and a good clean. We have travelled all over the country have to say this is on our list (and there are not many) of one of the WORST for touring pitch facilities. Sadly will not come back again to a Parkdean site or recommend to our touring companions.

We had a great time overall staying here for 2 weeks, there were plenty of things to do to entertain kids especially enjoyed the evening entertainment (kids one) and the pottery painting was amazing, good value. Soft play, 2 outdoor play areas, pools. Small but lovely dog walking area with lots of oaks and beautiful trees all around. Didn't really enjoy the food from the restaurant so only ate there the once but that wasn't an issue as we cooked a lot.

Firstly I want to get the moan out of the way. The first pitch we were offered was awful. I'm not really sure why we were given that pitch when there were so many lovely empty ones. The pitch was right next to the car barriers , on the corner next to the go karts ,it was muddy and pretty grotty with not much privacy. I have attached pics. We paid £177 for a grass pitch and that definitely didn't have grass.I personally think it should only be offered as a last resort pitch if the camp is full. To be fair we were offered an alternative pitch with no problems and the lady on reception didn't seem surprised we wanted to change. The new pitch was lovely and had grass. Moving on the site itself is really nice and set in a forest setting. There's lots of wildlife like birds and squirrels . For such a big site it was very quiet at night. There's a really good dog walking area and an agility park which was a nice touch. There's loads to do for children. The showers and toilets were very clean considering the size of the site. The shower water took ages to get warm though and you have to press the button every 20 seconds or so which is a pain. We would definitely return if we were holidaying here again.

Excellent holiday park especially if you have kids, lots of different things for them to do inside and outdoors.
The entertainment area is very big for evenings, (that's when they don't shove you into the bar when it's quieter)
Food and drinks very pricey on site but that's to be expected.
The bed in the caravan seemed like it needed replacing you could feel every spring through it, so we didn't get much sleep.
Everything else was great.
