Stayed 1 week caravan was spotlessly clean, ascess to a large beach was via a slipway. Well stocked shop on site never used the club so would not know about it. On the whole a well run site.

Absolutely amazing lovely location and facilities. Also one of the best beaches I've been to and very quiet so loads of space on said beach.

Love this place for the perfect amazing beach and sea views. Sunset is out of this world. The only thing needs improving is bigger swimming pool and a new park. After coming here for 12 years now, i really think these are both needed now. Hopefully the new owners will make few changes on things. Staff members are all amazing as always so keep them all on board i say. Always happy and willing to do anythink for you, nothing is to much trouble for the staff. The pool lady is fab seen her for many years

Spotlessly clean bronze-level 4-birth caravan in the centre of the site was sufficient for our needs but some points to note:
*Swimming pool, whilst included in the price, only fits 38 people. Would be good if you could pre-book your session to avoid disappointment
*Play area unusable during hot weather due to multiple metal elements (too hot for kids to play on!) and not stimulating enough for anything but the very youngest of children
*SOME parents choose to leave their children completely unsupervised. I witnessed one group of kids shouting and swearing at each other and being generally obnoxious. Made me feel very uncomfortable.
*The site asks guests to be considerate of fellow holidaymakers by being quiet from 11pm. On at least two occasions during our week's stay, I was kept awake by noisy neighbours. Just something to bear in mind when staying somewhere where you're in such close proximity to others.
*On-site chippy is the BEST we've ever tasted BUT service was beyond slow! An hour and a half wait on arrival evening, 45 minutes on the final evening (when there were only around 6 people ahead of us).
*We had an issue we needed to report regarding our caravan. Staff were very helpful and the matter was resolved to our satisfaction. Good customer service.
*The slipway down to the beach is looking very tired and weathered. Could do with improving.
*Excellent beachside location. All caravans are within about 5 minutes of the sand; didn't bother us that we weren't a seafront location.
We paid £600 for the week which we were very happy with; however, I suspect prices will increase significantly following the Lyons purchase.

Beauitiful well kept site and surroundings. Unfortunately there was a few things that disappointed us first the cafe was not to good standard even my two boys would not eat the food and after 7 pound for two milkshakes that were inedible that went into the bin we never used the cafe again. The chip shop I ordered two mini fish instead of cooking a extra fish he cut a mini fish in half so we had a quarter of a fish each although we paid full price. The shop is amazing everything you could possibly need and the staff in the shop are really friendly. We went to club most nights the entertainment was good something for all ages. We went to the bar most days for a break off the beach the one day we fancied coffee ordered and received no problem. We then wanted to order again aswell as others to be told no coffee because the manager was busy in his office next to the bar and he told them he was not coming out to make coffees as no one else knew how to use the machine. One of the ladies had travelled miles to come about looking to buy a static on site and this put her off so she left. The office staff are very efficient and friendly there is also a swimming pool and washing facilities.

Great location; access straight onto the beach. Indoor heated swimming pool Lovely, clean & tidy. We booked to stay for a week 1st - 8th this month but unfortunately the weather wasn't good & there was no entertainment on at all & the amusement acarde wasn't open either! The onsite shop was well stocked & prices were good 👍 the fish & chip shop was good too, food cooked to order! We will return next year 👍

Brilliant site, nice views and nice environment. Been here a couple times and would recommend to anybody. Definitely be coming again. Good for pets also 👍

Lovely site however we got scammed by private owner Dean Jacobs . Please avoid and don’t book his caravan! Have found out he has done this to several families
