Had the most amazing time with the children and family. The caravan was lovely and we stayed in the standard caravan. But of a walk to the main places but not too bad. The place as a whole could do with some organisation and more entertainment for children but was good. We will be back next year :)

Excellent camp and beach - it never seems too busy even when it is! The events/activities team are brilliant too.
The vani itself is clean and well maintained, with plenty to do if you want to and ample space to relax and chill out of that's your thing too. Would easily recommend!

Had a lovely time here. Caravan was reasonably clean. Beach was the holiday it was fantastic.
Only downside was the bar woman who thought it was great idea to hit on my fella in front of me and the kids!! so ladies beware seems certain folk ain't getting any action.

Had a lovely week. Fantastic caravan and staff very friendly. Big disappointment that I was unable to utilise swimming pool as had already been booked up for the whole week when we arrived. In view of this being a big part of our useful family holidays probably wouldn't go back.

Me, my wife and our 3 kids all 5 and under absolutely loved our time here. Our caravan was lovely and clean and spacious. The camp itself it's really nice with loads for the kid's to do. Can't wait to come back here next year.

The caravan we had was the perfect location and was extremely clean and well kept. We loved it. It was privately owned though so rented through the owner. The playground outside is great, as is the arcade, our little girl loved it. I would say the entertainment rooms and swimming pool area were slightly run down and probably not as clean as I personally would have liked, but we went just after the school holidays so it could have been that there's just not as much staff on. We went for a little break, and our little girl had the best time, which is what it was about to us. I wouldnt be in a rush to go back, however I also wouldn't write off ever going back.

This holiday village is quite rightly an award winning complex.
We enjoyed our time at the Haven Presthaven.
The facilities are excellent and the staff all seemed very pleasant and helpful.
We travelled in a motorhome and like many use Unfortunately the local bus service is not great so we used taxis.
Just a suggestion and not a criticism. Perhaps a call to local bus operators to see if they would consider supporting the village with transport?
Well worth a visit.

The arcades machine is all set with tickets 60 tickets for a pencil 😂.. Gave ours away. Grab machine no one wins ☹️..
