Great staff, campers were very friendly. Pitches large and spotlessly clean the grass and there was alot of it was kept short and very tidy . We have just done 9 days there and it was worth every penny . I've been a lot over the years and it never disappoints us. A well stocked shop on site , a cafe/wine bar just off the site. And a walk down the prom to the co op. The beach is more or less on site , it's just across the road. Weve had a fabulous time. I would recommend this site
Take water shoes if you go in the sea it does have some jelly fish .or it did this time probably due to very hot weather.

We have just gotten back a few days ago from a break at one of the pet friendly caravan! D21) and wow what a caravan in fact what a beautiful holiday park, the whole park is beautifully presented,

All well maintained & doesn’t feel as though your just in a caravan park more of a resort abroad!

There is a doggie walk area which is lovely and our doggie loved the area and smells, lovely and shaded too!

The children’s pirate ship park is beautiful and very safe my child loved playing here and lots of seating for parents as well!

The pool is undergoing works so sadly we didn’t have access to this but we where notified of this previous,

We were offered to change booking to which we didn’t but gives us a great excuse to return in the future!

The staff were so polite and helpful!

The caravan with own patio area with gate was a dream come true allowing our family dog to be relaxed and for us to allow him to enjoy the freedom and the patio.

We had a parking space right outside also which was so helpful!

The caravan has a beautiful layout and modern feel to it,

A very well sized bathroom with toilet and full size shower!

Great size bedrooms double & two single beds with enough wardrobe space to unpack and feel like a second home for our stay!

The smart tv was a nice touch and allowed us to enjoy movies from our own accounts at late nights such as (Netflix). The caravan was clean to a 10/10 with a fridge freezer and a bottle of wine to greet us in the fridge along with a very informative welcome pack!

To stay at a pet friendly caravan in Barmouth and it to be at such a high standard was wonderful,

Not having to feel like just for bringing our family pet your accommodation can some times differ from other adds that we had seen prior to finding Hendre Coed Isaf Holiday Park.

We will be back in the future and we had a splendid holiday!

Barmouth is an amazing place but our holiday wouldn’t of been what it was with out This amazing holiday park,

We didn’t feel a rush to leave the park to start our holiday that started the minute we stepped in the van!

Thank you all for our lovely stay!

I stayed in cabin D1a, it was a beautiful view of the ocean, the cabin was clean and ready before my arrival. The staff are very helpful, polite and understanding, they make a effort to cater for every need and always ask if we needed anything.
The pool is small and designed mostly for kids as is not deep, only 8 sun loungers so be fast. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach, steep paths at 10 mins away and you have to cross main road, large rocks blocking railway line. so be prepared.
Barmouth is just over a mile away, it’s best to go in a car.
The only thing that was a little let down was the cabin had small opening windows on the ocean facing side and it was very stuffy due to sunlight, also no air conditioning for warm nights. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would return for a longer stay.

Very accommodating, fantastic views which means it's hilly on the camp, that's the trade off. Bar could be an issue if it's not busy it will close early, so ring ahead if your running late and planning a late drink to save disappointment .

In early March 22 I phoned them to arrange a Xmas style dinner in early December for 23 adult and 2 children. They noted my details and asked me to contact them again in August. This I did - they had no record of my previous phone call in March nor the booking for December - someone would phone me back - they didn't. In early Sept I completed their on line booking form requesting confirmation of the booking - no response at all. This seems to be the ideal place for apathy and indifference. It's nice to know, post Covid, that this establishment can afford to ignore customers who would have been spending close to £800 with them for a Sunday lunch. I have sent them a letter outlining my experience with them but somehow I do not expect any response. We are now going to the Min-y-Môr Hotel where they seemed pleased and happy to cater for us. 21/09/22 - Just been contacted by HC Isaf only to be told that they had booked our group in on the requested date in December, felt the review was unfair and that I should have phoned then before placing same. Owner seems to fail to understand that having phoned them twice and completed their on-line booking email (which they said they never received - odd!!) without any response at all, why would I feel the requirement to phone them again? They have new and young staff and more than one booking in book - owner tells me - owner failed to understand that I cannot see those books over the telephone. I agree that 1 star was poor but without the completion of this the review could not be posted. Sorry HC Isaf, when your staff tell a customer there is NO RECORD of their booking - time for new staff or better staff training. I understand that the owner was unimpressed on the phone and I was also quite annoyed with her but I fail to see how phoning (for the 3rd time) results in a resolution when you are told there is NO booking for the date in the first instance and email booking forms are not answered. Sorry but there it is. Ultimately we could have turned up in December only to be told 'no trace of your party'. Not a risk that I wanted to take. Dave Hughes

23/09/22 - Well today they sent me the Xmas Menus - you just couldn't make it up - I've cancelled, they've cancelled, I've cancelled by letter yet they send me the menus!!. At least I have found that the only way they respond to customers is via a poor review. This does finally prove that this place couldn't organise a 'drinking party in a brewery'.

Thank you Hendre Coed Isaf for giving us the opportunity to spend time with family celebrating my nieces 30th birthday! The caravan was lovely and your attention to detail was most appreciated! Wonderful site!

Best placed I stayed in years, clean, polite reception, rooms are good size, sofa beds, entertainment like Netflix, directly looking at the sea, view is to die for, gas, electric and water for comfort, pans, plates and cutlery is there, cleaning products, washer dryer, dishwasher all works as it should, we had a lodge with jakuzi and kids loved it...few minutes walk from town and beach..I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a holiday...
