Had the best relaxing hoiliday with good friends xx

Lovely quiet, family and dog friendly owners static site. Touring, seasonal pitches as well. Only 2 miles from Pwllheli and lovely Abersoch and Nefyn are nearby.

A beautiful park in a quiet location yet not far from Abersoch and surrounding beaches

Sorry to say somewhat disappointed with our stay at Hendre. Greeting was poor, told here’s the key for the toilet block and no ability to pay by card. Pointed to the one pitch that was not seasonal and that was it. Pitch impossible to pull into due to poorly placed planters so thank goodness for the motormover. Toilet block is very dated and never locked (as it should have been), 3 toilets and 2 shower cubicles but both drains in shower were blocked so water ran out into main bathroom into a central drain. Facilities on the whole dirty and in need of attention. As for the site as a whole it’s truly lovely, beautiful surroundings with a nice woodland walk, small play area for the kids (behind our pitch, which got pretty noisy at times), mini football pitch and a cool rope swing. The static caravans are vast and some amazingly well decorated by their owners. A shame the facilities where so poor but I can see how it’s mostly focused on static owners. Unfortunately we won’t visit again.
