Brownhill Holiday Park

After my parents having a caravan on the park for 11 years and the caravan having to be sold I am really upset that the so called friendly family have not even bothered to ring my mother in regards to the sale of her caravan knowing what a difficult time it is for her, as my dad passed away.
There is no loyalty to their customers.
The site has got worse over the years .
Club house not open regularly ,nothing much on the site for people to do.
Staff can be quite dismissive and I've seen their attitude of if you don't like it leave
The only one who shows any compassion is the son Richard who is always happy to help

A lovely clean, well maintainef site where you can access loads of beauty spots and activities

Brilliant park, real home from home. Love it.

Lovely gem of a campsite, 5 min drive into new quay town. Have visited a few times. Nice pool on site.
Could do with a restaurant or some food establishment but there is a pizza van or chip van that visits now and then.
Overall great place

Lovely clean services, good family site. Friendly hosts.

Quiet park. No shop or eating facilities during the week and off peak weekends. You will need a car, but there is a bus stop just outside.

Experience was bad nothing to do asked if there was a shop and no even though brochure says there is asked if there was entertainment replied yes except Sunday n Wednesday when it only on Tuesday and Saturday staff are great in the small club couldn't be nicer
