We had a fantastic time as a large group staying in 2x 8-man lodges. Both lodges were large and were very clean throughout. There were lots of activities to do on site, along with all the amenities you would need for a short stay. The staff were enthusiastic and easy to get along with and engaged with the conversation/banter we had with them making the stay all that more fun. There are even small pieces of wildlife to be seen around the camp due to it being built near the Canaston woodland. The on-site pubs have Sky Sports so we were able to watch the rugby and F1 without leaving the site. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Bluestone. We visited 7 years ago with our 12 month old and came again now she is 8. Last time we arrived at 4:30 our check-in time but was stuck in a queue for about an hour. This time we arrived at 11:30, although we couldn't get into our lodge at this time we came in, had some lunch, went swimming and collected our golf buggy. We went back to get the car at about half 5 and it was a clear run. Those extra couple of hours really started the holiday well. Everything we did ran on time and was really worth the money. We did Sky wires, archery, Secret Fairy Village, Smokey Joe Shindig among other things. The entertainment team were amazing and really looked after you. Our golf buggy malfunctioned one day and we called guest services and someone was with us within 5 minutes. The swimming pool is great, we went 5 out of the seven days, it opens at 8:30 and there is an inflatable slide till 10:30, flumes open at 10am and DD loved all 3 of them. The lazy river goes outdoors which is really refreshing when it's cooler outside. You don't feel like you can't leave like some places, so we visited Folly Farm one day and Tenby another, both of which I also recommend. Wales is beautiful so it's worth getting out for the beaches and scenery. I highly recommend Bluestone as a brilliant holiday.

A great place for the family. Lots to do, the pool is included and a great facility. Some activities are quite pricey if you've got more than 2 children. A multi-child discount would be a great option. The accommodation is spotless and really comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend hiring a buggy if you've got elderly members in your party, or anyone who has mobility issues.
There are several play areas, but the equipment was geared to younger children. Play facilities for older kids would be nice.
Overall, we had a totally fabulous time and would definitely book another stay

Good accommodation, nice facilities, Inc play areas and swim pool, plenty for the kids to do for free. The paid experiences were overpriced. Don't bother trying to get in to eat at any of the resort restaurants and food quality is not worth the price tag if you are lucky enough to get a table. Beautiful setting though. On a hill side so those 'in the know' hire a buggy to get about, we didn't and got plenty of fresh air and exercise but we're glad there was a resort bus (not always available) for a couple of the up hill trips.

Amazing resort. So much to do and easily accessible. Haven't cycled in years but it was fun to hire a bike for the week and cycle everywhere. Spa was brilliant and an excellent way to unwind. All the activities were so much fun. I honestly cannot find anything wrong with this place. I will be recommending this resort to everyone I meet.

Excellent time at this place in January at a very reasonable price! Lots to do indoors which is ideal considering the colder, wetter weather. The Serendome, the hive and pool are ideal for all ages to enjoy.

Service was excellent with people turning up within minutes to sort out any problems in the accommodation. The accommodation itself was lovely although could do with a few more reading lamps in the lounges.

The corner shop was reasonably priced and overall you didn’t feel like they were trying to fleece you once you arrived unlike other places.

The kids show was great fun and FREE and the light show around the lake was a lovely idea.

Love the fact that walking and cycling is encouraged and there are no cars allowed on site ( as a rule). It’s a great holiday to choose to get active in the winter. You’ll do plenty of walking around the large site.

The complex is beautifully and carefully designed to feel restful; surrounded by nature with paths to explore into local countryside. It is also big on sustainable energy so top marks for environmental care too.

Fabulous break, third time we've been here inside 18 months. Facilities for kids are second to none, food is reasonably priced and the staff can't do enough for you! Excellent choice of accommodation too. Winter lake lights and the pub dinners by the fire were particular highlights. Already looking forward to creating more memories with the family here!

Very relaxing place generally.
The spa was a highlight and the lodges are fab. Well equipped and spotless. Lots of baby equipment we no longer need but it was good to see it there free to use.
Other reviewers have stated its a bit tired here and there which is fair enough and maybe for that kind of money it ought to be better but we had a great time.
The staff were all really friendly and excellent everywhere in and out of the resort.
Activities seemed expensive but were well done and the kids really enjoyed them.
It is very hilly and spread out so be prepared for outdoors and walking and you shouldn't be disappointed!
