Dolbryn Caravan & Campsite

Not normally one for a review but our stay at Dolbryn absolutely called for one. We spent the week travelling around Wales in a camper van and our stay at Dolbryn was the nicest by far. Friendly, family run, sustainably conscious and very Covid secure. Spacious pitches and lovely views - the sunset views from the sunset field and the animals are such a treat! Very comfortable, clean facilities with proper showers!! Would definitely be a lovely place for kids as well as dogs. Strongly recommend a visit, we're already planning a trip to the pods with family! Thank You.

This site is so lovely, its a quiet family site that has animals. You can get involved with the feeding in the morning should you want to. The site is meticulously clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I stayed in the non electric field - this has 2 portaloos nearby which were always very clean. There are toilets and shower facilities a short walk away - always clean and showers are lovely and hot. A friend was in the electric field opposite the park. This was great as she could keep an eye on the children playing.

There are laundry facilities and pot wash area- the water here is super hot and remember to bring a cloth or scrubbing brush to clean your pots with! there is always a little pub onsite - converted barn. its only small but if you get a seat opposite the fire its lush and cosy! prices are reasonable and there was a quiz night and bingo on while we were there. You can order various takeaways to be delivered to the site which is handy if you don't fancy cooking.

I had issues with my campervan not starting on departure and staff were amazing, trying to give me a jumpstart and then using the tractor to tow me out of the field.

By day 2 i had already booked to stay again in June...cannot wait!

We returned after a wonderful stay two years ago and had another incredible time. The campsite is perfect for those who wish to sleep from 11pm onwards rather than party through the night. Sioned and her parents are lovely people who create a welcoming atmosphere. They work hard to keep all the facilities clean. We’re already planning our next visit to our favourite campsite.

Excellent campsite, well run but also friendly.
Child friendly with a park, small fishing lake
and children can help feed the animals in the morning. Small shop for essentials and fresh croissants and baguettes available, need to order night before. Sell fresh brownies. Dog friendly also

A lovely campsite, near Castle Emlyn, with a mix of caravan and grass camping pitches. It's tucked away with plenty of space for children to explore and a stream running through. They have a few small animals with a chance to help feed the goats, chickens and pig. The facilities are well kept and the owners are very welcoming. Plenty to see in the area and it"s only about half an hour from the Coast. I didn't take any photos yet.

A fantastic family run site, we have been several times, always a warm welcome, facilities are exceptional, always clean. barn/garden bar with bingo or quiz night is always a fun social event, chippie and pizza deliveries on certain nights, best of all are the fire pits and glorious sunsets
