Linda is a fantastic yoga teacher whose classes are both fun and relaxing. She adjusts the poses to suit individual needs including for pregnant ladies. I left each session feeling restored and relaxed.

Fantastic class last night (15.11.21) as always and using the essential oils was really great.
Feel stretched and my ankle feels so much better thanks to the peppermint oil.
